I got myself injured on flight yesterday. Was supposed to do a 4-sectors, but ended up getting hurt on the first sector, and was offloaded after the second sector.
My left ring finger got caught behind the crew seat in between 2 metal. It was cut and 'crashed' in between the metals. Yup, you got the picture. The cut was quite bad and I couldn't stop crying. Grr... how embarrassing!! Bleeded quite alot and there was a small pool of blood on the galley floor. I've stained VLB!! Lost my consciousness for a short while due to the sudden blood loss. Sob sob... Overall the pain was 10/10!!! Never felt this pain before! Thou I know I'm a crybaby, but the pain was really very very bad ok!
I'm better now. Still bleeding but not as much.. Still swelling as well. On 2 days MC but I guess I gotta extend it cos I still can't straighten my finger! How to work like that!!!
Really hope I'll recover soon. I guess the only time I couldn't feel the pain is when I'm sleeping. The pain is always there when I'm awake. :(

Took this while changing my dressing just now. Whole finger was like purple-ish. And its still swelling. :( :( :( :( :(
