Little updates on my 'new room'! Did a thorough spring clean for my room this year cos I wanna make space for a new item in my room. Still considering cos its not a small amount of moolah!

I'm so happy with my room now!! Forgot to take the 'before' state of my room. Not that its VERY untidy, just that I had more things lying around~ Hahaha... Moved a large container and a cupboard to the storeroom. Changed a new pc table cos the previous was only with 3 wheels, and the paralysed pc table was with me since day one I moved in. Current one is smaller and that also make my room looked more spacious! =)

Bought a new pc table from Ikea. Gotta fix it on your own~ Asked K to help me with it actually but I was not done with the spring clean yet, so gotta do it myself in the end. I really wonder how did I manage to do it on my own. Its so bloody heavy can! But I'm very proud of myself! *smug smile* Oh.. I scored better in technical class than home econs~ LOL

TADA!!! Finally done! I got this fixed in the middle of the night.. say like 4am? Hope my neighbours don't hate me for the hammering! =p

And its proudly in use now~ =D Feel so satisfied when I finally got it done and everything moved to the new one. Yipee!! Erm, can all of you just act as if you didn't see the Yoko Yoko?


I know this picture doesn't have anything related to the table, but its part of my 'new room'. Love this corner especially. They are neatly sitting in a corner of my room, where my new item will be. Lemme intro you some of my dear friends. :p

-Big Hello Kitty was a xmas present from mummy many yrs ago. It look dirty here cos of the lighting.. its actually still very clean! :p

-Moomoo from Austin as a bdae gift 2 yrs ago, and he actually courier it to my place!

-Carebear was the one and only toy I bought for myself cos I really love carebears when I was young, not the 'carebear' duty of course!!!

-Twins Baby Pooh from the Origins and Stila babes during my last day at Nuance.

-My fav childhood cartoon was Tom and Jerry, cos dad always buy me tapes of this cartoon. Saw Tom in Msia so I have to get it. But theres no Jerry.. Have been looking for Jerry since then but still can't find. Anyone knows where to buy Jerry?

-Theres a Koala toy lying somewhere in the pic, and thats the one and only toy from dad. Still remember I went out with him one day and we went past this toy shop with those machines for 'fishing soft toys'. Dad asked the lady to sell it to us without having to go thru the 'fishing' part cos I really wanted it. Dad paid quite alot for this toy in the end.

See! Now you know why I love this corner. Memories.... =)

On the sidenote, in case anyone is thinking of getting me a soft toy for my birthday or whatever day, please don't. I have 4 big trash-bag-sized bags full of soft toys that have yet to be given away! But I accept cash thou~ Hahaha

Next, its Chinese New Year season!!

I played a little prank on my mum today. I divided the Ang Bao I wanna give her into 8 pkts. Changed her bedsheet for her this afternoon and I hid the Ang Baos at different corners of her room. Since her room has a toilet attached, so the toilet is also part of the game. Dear mum took 20 minutes to find all the Ang Baos. Hehe.. Thou its jus a small sum of moolah, the mother is still happy. =)

In return, she divided mine into 8 pkts too and hid them in different corners in the living room. SMART ME took less than 5 minutes to find all of them! (cos my living room is all empty la.. so theres limited space to hide them!) =P Yes yes, I'm VERY happy and surprised with the total amount of moolah! Hahaha
