Had a mini CNY gathering with the 5n3 gang last Sunday. Supposed to have more people but some gu-niang macho army guys gotta book in that night, so they didn't want to come out despite us meeting real early for a dinner!

We had steamboat over at one of the many choices in Bugis. Forgot the name of the one we went.
We had two pots. This is one of them and theres 2 types of soup. The Ma La one for this is really spicy! Not very nice.. its jus nothing but spicy. The salty duck on the other side was nice thou!

Pardon that irritating hand. This is the other pot, with 2 types of soup as well. The spicy one for this was very nice! My fav! Hehee

As it was CNY, this place had some CNY deco. But.......... thats abit too 'loud' ya~ Might as well save it! Lol

After the steamboat we went over to Bugis Junction. Gordon left cos he had to book in, so Alvin, Maro, Blur and I went shopping.

After many failed attempts, we FINALLY got everyone's full face in the picture! =P (ok.. I hear comments about me putting on weight. Yes yes I know. Will shed it off soon!!!)

We made Okonomiyaki for dinner the other day. The crazy Qiting wanted to write 福 but I thought 吉 was much easier! Hahaa Looks quite bad, but this really taste YUMMY!!! It has been a year since I made it cos the sauce is quite difficult to get.

I bought 2 receipe books from Kino. Qiting came over my place the next day and we decided to try out one of the recipes.

My fav!! Mixed Fruit Tart! The crust was just nice and it was yummy!!! Brought some to work and everyone said its nice! Yay!!!

This is my lastest bake! Will be trying out more different things soon!
