Cairns

It has been quite some time since I blogged with photos.. So here I am!!

Did a Cairns flight on the 29th Oct. First time ever that Jetstar has nightstops. Lucky enough(or rather unlucky too) to get rostered for the first flight~

We took Qantas flight up to Brisbane, then to Cairns on the 27th. Operated the first flight back on the 29th.

Jeff, Beeling and I. Beginning of the 6.5 hours flight up to Brisbane.

We didn't take much pictures on flight thou... everyone's busy watching movies! haha Watch movie, eat, then sleep, wake up, watch movie, eat, then sleep.. and the cycle continues.

2 hours transit before leaving for Cairns. Had some fattening breakfast at the airport. What else but burgers!

View from the hotel room balcony. We didn't stay at the usual one that the other crew will stay. This is Great Western Acacia Court Hotel.. 2 stars.. but its good enough for me thou~

Basically theres nothing much in Cairns la. I don't like the sun, don't like snorkling, don't like diving, so there isn't much things for me. We walked around the shopping centre in town and everything was so expensive. The only thing I bought back was a box of Milo! -_-"

Did my second Cairns flight on the 11th Nov.

The set of crew - Rachel, Sherlyn, Jasmine and I. Shannon is sleeping while we decided to go to Rusty Market.

We stayed at Mecure Harbourside Hotel this time. Shared room with Rachel and we got the suite.

This is the bedroom. Guess which is my bed??

Joey came over our room before she return to Singapore that day. Can you see how tired I was? :p

We had our wonderful dinner at the restaurant near the hotel. Its called Corks and Bull if I'm not wrong. Nicest steak ever at a very reasonable price. I ordered a 350g sirloin steak which I only managed to finish 2/3 of it. The Cesear salad was delicious!!! I'm drooling now when I think of the salad! =p

I went shopping at the supermarket this time and I bought quite a lot of things. All snacks actually! =p Overall its quite a good flight, except for some hiccups here and there~ =\ Actually we wanted to go to the casino this time, but ended up playing cards in our room.

Now that I know the way around the area, I shall spend time alone if I ever go with CMI crew~ Hahaha

The crew really matters when you do this flight!!!
