Project Mooncake!

I received a total of 10 over orders, so I spent the whole yesterday making mooncakes! Da Yi came over for breakfast with Mum and me early in the morning, and we started 'work' at about 9.30am. I had two very wonderful 'assistants' to assist me in the project, which makes the whole 'event' ended earlier than I thought.

Hmm, I don't know why the green look so greenish here, but its actually just pale green!

My new invention. Hahaa.. I used the remaining bits of the snowskin to make this. My fav one of all! :)

I'm very happy with this batch of mooncakes I've made. Think a total of 160 pieces. It has been a very long time since the family did something together. Thou I'm tired, but I really enjoyed the time spent together with my mum and aunties. 4th aunty work near my place so she came up to join us. And my dear cousin Kris too! It has been almost a year since I last saw her. Used to meet her almost everyday!

Wonderful family day I had... that made me forget the stress and unhappiness in me.

Next I'm trying to make my all-time favourite... Pineapple Tarts!!! I hope I can make some nice ones, so Mum can stop buying me the super expensive one from Katong. Da Yi is planning to sell the pineapple tarts too! =) Business plans again! Hahaa

I have something in mind.. should I set that as my life goal and work towards it? I don't know.. I just came back from a movie.. Shall catch some sleep before I really think it over clearly.

p/s: Anyone know where can I still get durians?? I can't find it anywhere.. I need durians for my durian mooncakes!!!!!!
