I wanna complain! I don't understand why rude people can be in service line. Yes I know sometimes customers are asshole.. but being in service line, you can't be rude to your customers!!

This was what happened.

I came back after flight and was very hungry, so I went to McDonald's to grab some food. I know its darn fattening to eat Uncle Donald's at this hour, but I was really HUNGRY! Read - H U N G R Y!!!

I went in, there wasn't customers at the counter. The only staff was preparing for someone's takeaway. I waited for a while before she went to her counter.

she: nodded her head without any facial expression for me to go over to her counter*, which is on the extreme right. I was standing nearer to the left counter.

me: "hi, can I have a nuggets meal pls?"

she: *keyed in to the computer and left to prepare my food*

me: she came back with my coke and I asked "can I add a corn cup pls?"

she: *walked away to check with the kitchen if theres any more corn* came back and keyed the corn to the computer and said " $6.70"

me: *passed $10 for her, at the same time taking out my EZ-link in order to gain points"

she: "oh, I keyed out already. cannot gain points after I keyed out. You want receipt? jus sms also can get points."

me: "erm.. nvm.. its ok then.."

she: "u take your coke first. nuggets and fries must wait"

**5 minutes later**

she: came back to the counter with my nuggets and fries, then asked "sauce?"

me: "1 curry sauce and a lot of chilli pls"

she: *puts in 1 curry and 2 chilli*

me: "er, can I have more chilli pls?"

she: *puts in another 2"

me: awkward but really need more chilli la, so I say "er, can I have more PLEASEEEEeee?"

she: "TSK" *then puts in another ONE* and quickly walk away to shake the fries in the fryer

me: was really pissed off by now, so I went to her.. "EXCUSE ME? I think I said I need A LOT of chilli. Can you give me 4 more? Thank you"

she: *continue shaking the fries and ignored me, when she obviously heard me!*

me: "EXCUSE ME???"

she: "TSK" *then walks over and put 2 more into my bag of nuggets*

WHAT THE HELL LA!!! If you're not happy, then don't work in service line! This is not my first time seeing her of course. She is always so rude lo. Oh, she is EXCEPTIONALLY nice to malays! RACIST BITCH!!! I'm so angry. I always need a lot of chilli when I eat nuggets la... You think Uncle Donald will increase your pay if you save 1 pkt of chilli for them huh! Sickening bitch....

I myself is working in service line. So whatever I say its always with a 'please' and 'thank you'. It's IN me already la. So when I'm unhappy with that person, 'please' and 'thank you' still comes out from me lo. IRRITATED! I felt like telling her straight in her face that she is RUDE~!

Grr... So fed up with this kinda people!

//Note to Blur and Huixin - I'm ok le.. both of us are handling it well. Since I got no expectation of anything, therefore the results wasn't that hurting afterall. Like what you ladies said, since he handled it in such a matured manner, I should do the same too. =) \
